Cosigner Qualifications:
- 700+ Credit Score
- Clean Background Check
- Proof of Income demonstrating 4x the rental amount (either one full month of bank statements, last 2 months of bank statements, and/or most recent W-2)

Be sure to reference the main applicant’s name.
A printable Cosigner Application and application fee can be dropped off at our office. Payments with the paper application can be made via card or check.
